What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you unless you choose to send us a message. There are no accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies on this site.
Like any website, our host (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as your IP address so it can deliver the page and protect it from attacks. The page also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it does.
If you contact us
If you use the contact form, it sends your name, email, phone number (if you give one), device and message to us by email. The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes it on to our inbox. We use these details only to answer your enquiry, and we don't add you to any mailing list.
If you phone us on 0141 258 4321 or email remotech24@gmail.com, we use what you tell us only to answer you and to carry out any repair you ask for. We keep repair records for as long as the warranty and our legal record-keeping duties require.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, by emailing remotech24@gmail.com or asking in the shop. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
